Georgia CNA Licence Procedure

The certified nursing assistant license in Georgia is not being handled by the state but by the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program. This is run by Pearson Vue is a British electronic testing company that also administers the examination for GMAT and NCLEX.

The standard CNA licensing regulation for all states require that certified nursing assistants need to renew their license every two years. For the state of Georgia, the examination would roughly cost $107 and there would be no corresponding fees to renew the license.

Moreover, a certified nursing assistant is required to render eight hours of work and receive twelve hours of "in-service teaching" over the two year period.

Give yourself a better chance at a stable future and sign yourself up for a CNA program. It only takes a month and $500 and you are well on your way to earning around $20,000 a year.
